Entitlements
Riverside Plants will honour a 10% discount on selected items at both Riverside Plants-Linton and Riverside Plants-Shadwell.
The Card can only be used on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The discount excludes; Gift Vouchers, Sale items, Compost, Ceramic Pots, Hanging Baskets and Arrangements and other such goods that may be specified from time to time.
Riverside Plants reserves the right to deny any discount at the time of purchase.
Members
A Member is someone who has successfully applied to use an ‘Over 60’s Card’.
Each ‘Over 60’s Card’ can be can allocated to two people which reside at the same address.
A Member of the ‘Over 60’s Card’ must be at least 60 years of age at the time of allocation.
Use of The Card
The card must be presented at the time of purchase and is not transferable.
The registered member must be present at the time of purchase when using their card.
The Card
The physical card remains the property of Riverside Plants and can be recalled to Riverside Plants at any time.
Riverside Plants must be informed of any lost or damaged cards.
Damaged or lost cards can be renewed at Riverside Plants.
Riverside Plants reserves the right to refuse the distribution of a replacement card.
Your Data
Upon application for the card we will require for each named Member;
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
By applying for the card the Members email address will automatically be added to the Riverside Plants emailing list within the application: Mailchimp.
The Use of the Members Data
Riverside Plants may use Members contact details to inform them of promotions connected to Riverside Plants only.
Riverside Plants promises to be responsible regarding Members data.
Members data will not be intentionally forwarded to any 3rd parties.
Removal of Data
Members have the right to remove their data from our files, although the members card may be revoked at such time. Please contact info@riversideplants.co.uk to remove data.
The Member has the ability to unsubscribe from the mailing list via a link at the foot of each email.

More details concerning the collection or processing of Personal Data may be requested from the Data Controller at any time. Please see the contact information at the beginning of this document.
The Rights of Members
Members have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the Data Controller at the contact information set out above.
Changes to These Terms
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a Member objects to any of the changes to the Terms, the Member must cease using this Application and can request that the Data Controller remove the Personal Data.
